A new version of the universal viewer SpinFire Insight 2026.2.0 has been released , which focuses primarily on higher usability, stability and acceleration of everyday work with CAD data. The new update expands support for the latest CAD formats and brings several practical features that will be appreciated by designers, technologists and all other users of the SpinFire Insight browser.

Autodesk Inventor 2027 support

The new version allows you to open and view data created in Autodesk Inventor 2027. Companies that are moving to the latest version of Inventor can now seamlessly share technical documentation across departments and with business partners.

JT 10.10 format support

SpinFire Insight now also supports the latest version of the JT 10.10 format , which is one of the most widely used neutral formats for exchanging 3D CAD data in the industry.

Improvements for everyday work

The new version brings a number of minor changes that increase work comfort:

• more accurate placement of 3D dimensions when measuring distances between points, edge lengths and angles,
• new choice Hide PMI on Load, which allows you to load the model without displaying PMI information,
• extended scripting capabilities including control of standard views, command Fit Visible and controlling the visibility of individual items,
• correction of the behavior of the 3D model's center of rotation, making manipulation with the model smoother and without unwanted image shaking.

Higher stability and reliability

In addition to new features, SpinFire Insight 2026.2.0 also includes a number of fixes to improve application stability and reliability in everyday use. The update builds on the significant changes introduced in version 2026.1 and further improves user experience and support for the latest CAD systems.
