SUBSIDIES VIRTUAL BUSINESS

A new subsidy project was announced in April 2023 Virtual business , aimed at supporting projects on the use of digital technologies to improve internal business processes. It is intended for small and medium-sized businesses outside of Prague.

POVEZ SUBSIDIES II – Support for vocational training of employees

(Reg. project no. CZ.03.1.52/0.0/0.0/15_021/0000053)

Subsidy intended for increasing the qualifications of employees. This project is co-financed from the European Social Fund, specifically from the Employment Operational Program, and the state budget of the Czech Republic. The project implementation period is EXTENDED from 1/12/2015 to 31/12/2023.

Subsidy - what can this program be used for?

  • Employee training – engineering fields are preferred (construction, technology, production).
  • Basic & ongoing training & work methodology CAD / CAM, system training - data management and use, programming, IS, etc.

Why go to the subsidy? What will it bring me?

  • Gaining practical experience for existing and potentially new employees, natural persons as self-employed persons = their professional development. Investing in employee education means investing in the future.
  • This type of subsidy is very flexible.
  • Long-term educational activities.
  • 85% of the training will be paid for by the ÚP.
  • Reimbursement of wages for employees to whom the company provides training (up to a maximum of CZK 198 per hour multiplied by the length of the employee's participation in further education and at the same time a maximum of CZK 33 per month for one employee).

 

Conditions of the subsidy program. Can I draw?

  • The applicant is debt-free towards the state (FÚ, SSSZ, CÚ and all health insurance companies).
  • It will not be possible to provide the allowance to applicants who cannot be provided with allowances under the active employment policy (APZ) and also to those who already draw funds from public sources for the same purpose, or to those employers for whom this is excluded by the rules for the provision of public support.
  • Employers who have their headquarters in the territory of the capital are also excluded. city ​​of Prague (branches of the same employer located outside the capital city of Prague can, however, participate).
  • Easing of the conditions for entering the project (no payslip is documented, employers according to CZ-NACE are not supported, debt-free status is primarily documented).
  • Engaging potential new employees
  • The training will be from 85% paid by ÚP, the employer's contribution is 15%.
  • Reimbursement of wages for employees that the company allows for education.
  • Points benefit for employees aged 54+.
  • Applications will also be submitted electronically via a data box.
  • Education must start within 6 months of application approval.
  • The training can be used by companies with a Czech or even a foreign owner, which does not make a difference when assessing the training by the relevant Ú.
