The company RemanTe Group s.r.o. is a specialist in the field of refurbished products. It offers a wide range of injection pumps and diesel injectors, turbochargers, electronic control units, hydraulic and mechanical steering components, power steering, alternators, starters, EGR valves and other products. The company uses testing stations, specially designated by manufacturers, for overhauling all products.
Each component that is replaced (installed) is tested and recommended by the manufacturer for a long time. The unique approach to the remanufacturing process means that RemanTe Group s.r.o. provides a 24-month warranty on almost all products. Refurbished products are manufactured with the highest possible quality equal to that of a new product.
Production management at RemanTe Group s.r.o
With the increasing number of manufactured units, it emerged in RemanTe Group s.r.o the need to effectively plan and monitor one's own process overhaul of Ecu units, turbochargers, injectors and pumps. It was decided to deploy a suitable ERP system that would enable not only effectively manage production, but also to cooperate with other information systems in the company. Among the key requirements for the solution were the adaptability of the ERP system to proven processes in the company and good references of the system supplier.
Finally, the management of the company selected and implemented the EasyTechnology system of TD-IS, s.r.o., where the order process is planned in a clear environment and the commissioning process for production is started. Employees in operations use barcodes to transfer the state of the production process to the system, which is subsequently evaluated, and thus online information about costs and profitability of orders, planned and actual time, as well as the identification of used parts and production technologies is within reach. Thanks connection with the Pohoda accounting system a number of activities in the implementation of orders and warehouse management were automated.
