SUBSIDIES VIRTUAL BUSINESS

A new subsidy project was announced in April 2023 Virtual business. The subsidy is aimed at supporting projects on the use of digital technologies in companies, increasing the level of digitization or automation, which will lead to the improvement of internal business processes.

The subsidy is intended for small (up to 49 employees) and medium-sized businesses (up to 249 employees) outside the capital city of Prague. The applicant cannot be a limited liability company where a share certificate has been issued for the share of the partners.

WHAT CAN YOU GET SUPPORT FOR

• ICT/IT systems, intra-company networks – primarily servers, computers, tablets, smartphones, active and passive LAN network elements
• Specialized terminal equipment and peripherals – positioning devices, tablets, 3D systems and monitors, VR hardware, non-production plotters, printers, scanners, office copiers, etc.
• Logistics systems - "robotic hands", logistic robotic manipulators, packers, logistic conveyors, technologies working with barcodes, RFID or QR (readers, etc.), robots for cleaning the area, etc.
• Monitoring systems – access chips and their readers, IoT network elements, webcams and other systems for video surveillance, surveillance drones, etc.;
• Hardware for mobile remote access employees to the company network – 4G/5G modems, switches and routers, headsets, hardware encryption keys, terminal hardware ensuring online video conferences and necessary hardware used to ensure internal connectivity in the applicant's company or premises;
• Basic SW – office applications, non-OEM Workstation operating system, simple (basic) accounting programs, or applications for tax records, i.e. corporate information system with limited functionality, websites and e-shop;
• Advanced SW – systems working on the basis of artificial intelligence (AI), systems working with augmented reality and VR, advanced software tools for programmers, software designers, software licenses, virtualization platforms, supervisory systems including their necessary parts, management information systems MIS, advanced parts of corporate information system, archiving software, BIM and CDE systems for creating digital twins in construction and related fields, DCS distributed control systems, APS production capacity planning, WMS, etc.;
• Services and other expenses – costs of SW, which is provided as part of cloud services for the maximum duration of the project, services of consultants, experts, one-time training;
• Creating a digital twin or similar studies that would verify the implementation of the digital transformation.

AMOUNT OF SUBSIDIES

The minimum subsidy amount is CZK 250.

The maximum amount of the subsidy within the limit of de minimis support. (Equivalent to EUR 200 or according to the drawdown status of the applicant).

SUBSIDITY RATE:

Small business: 40%
Medium enterprise: 30%
